It is my watercolour and ink painting on yupo paper of a slightly peculiar and cross looking orange cat!
Yupo paper is fun to work with. It is a compelling and unique alternative to traditional art papers. It’s a synthetic paper, machine-made in the USA of 100% polypropylene. It is a waterproof, stain-resistant and extremely strong and durable medium that enables me to create wonderful, free flowing, radiant images.
I really like this. Love abstract compositions. Would look great on my wall. But not a cat-lover (if it were a dog…).

I have a great amount of respect for you, my dear friend..and it is well deserved on your end..Love your gato and the whimsy and heart that go into each painting. My usual parting shot: Miss and love both of you dearly, everyday. Things just seem out of whack when you’re away. xo
I’m unsure whether you got my first comment or not…this is a whole different site for me..the gist of my comment was to express admiration and love re: your talent, whimsy and guts. Also to express love to you and Pat. The homestead sucks when you are away.
